What happens after I complete my order?

When you complete your order on the checkout page, we immediately process your order. We aim to pack and send your items by the next day at the latest.

You will receive a confirmation email to your inbox about your order when it’s completed and the payment has been processed. This contains a number that identifies your order in the future. We ask you to keep this email in order to communicate about your order if needed later.

After it’s shipped, we will send you tracking information via email. Please keep this email so you can follow your item and check when it arrives.
