I ordered more batteries for my Fader Hawk Drone. Problem is, I didn't know there were two models (Hawk and Hawk+). I contacted TRNDlabs, and to my absolute amazement, an agent returned my call (unheard of today) the following day. Alana took my information, sourced my order, made certain of the batteries I needed, and gave me specific instructions on how to return my unused batteries for the correct ones. I don't have the words to express what a pleasant and efficient experience it was working with TRNDlabs.
